Biography

Gina Ghioldi – Creator and Host

Between managing the law firm she had started right out of law school, being a divorce attorney and having a husband, a son with severe dyslexia and a baby daughter, Gina was too busy to tune into the little voice inside her head. But one day, that little voice became so loud she finally had to listen. Maybe it had to do with Gina trying so hard to show her son he could overcome his disability, maybe it was because she had come to realize that the demands of everyday life had led her to leave behind her dreams of working in media. Whatever the impetus was, the message she heard was clear. The time had come for Gina to share her passion for information and inspiration with others so they could fulfill their own dreams. It was time for everyone, including Gina, to catch the brass ring.

While Gina developed the radio show, she also focused on empowering people with legal information they could use in their everyday lives. She served as a regular on-air legal contributor to NECN, the largest 24-hour regional news network in the country, specializing in long-form journalism and serving more than 3.7 million subscribers in more than 1,050 cities and towns in all six New England states. She also appeared as a guest host and “call-in” legal expert on local and nationally syndicated radio shows. Gina was honored as a “Vagina Warrior” at Bridgewater State College’s performance of Eve Ensler’s Vagina Monologues. She received a standing ovation for her accomplishments in the community and her dedication to educating and empowering women.

The Northeast Region of the Alliance for Community Media (NE and New York) awarded Gina first place for her interviews with television legends Sherman Hemsley (aka George Jefferson of “The Jeffersons” and “All in the Family”) and Pat Morita (aka Arnold of “Happy Days” and The Master of the “Karate Kid” movies) in the show “Brilliant People.”

Gina’s entrepreneurial endeavors include her trademark It’s Everybody’s Business, which Microsoft Corporation acquired for their international business to business marketing campaign and web series starring Jack and Suzie Welch. Most recently, she has co-created a concept for a television sitcom and is eagerly awaiting feedback from people in the “biz” (the title and idea are currently top secret – but there’s no disputing it is art imitating life at its best and craziest!).

Now, Gina is focusing on the launching of her new Brass Ring Network. There’s no doubt you really can turn possibility into reality and catch your brass ring!
