Barbara Fagan-Smith and Lesli Gee are two major executives at a successful San Francisco consulting firm that was named one of the “Top Businesses in America” by DiversityBusiness.com in 2011 and has been recognized as one of the “Top 25 Women-Owned Businesses” in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past five years.  They are also full-time working mothers who know all too well the challenges of today’s modern family.  In 2005, the women founded Family ROI, a nonprofit organization that uses time-tested business techniques to help families revitalize and reinforce their bonds.
